great value, location & lovely old building .

beautiful building in a great location , good breakfast . very nice & helpful room attendant.

windows leaking when it rained so we had a wet case & floor. coffee was not nice at all at breakfast. some reception staff not so friendly.

Very Poor

The lobby was nice.

Oh my lord, it was dark, dirty, moldy. The garden view was a wall with pidgeons. The breakfast was inedible. The coffee was the first place in Thailand where it was not a good coffee. The shower curtain was blackened and had gross stains on it. We left a day early and moved to the very clean space hotel.

Good hotel good value.

The hotel remind me of the old days. The decorarion is amazing. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was delicious

Should have staff stand by in front of the hotel. When we arrived, we thought the hotel was closed.

Rooms very old and tired and bathrooms not clean and need of total renovation Lack of parking and incompetent staff unable to help when over run with guests for events

Quite adequate stay

Central location for a long established 3 starred hotel, with quite good comfort, small nice breakfast and the room was quite OK and adequate for the money paid

first time since my using of Booking.com to find that the hotel has collected payment from my credit card at 3 am in the morning even before I checked in

Genrally Good. But not a 4-star hotel.

I have a superior room so room size is Ok and clean and comfortable. However, other rooms seem a little small.

Breakfast not so delicious. It is breakfast set and not buffet.

Breakfast was poor staff were lazy not asking if wanted coffee or tea except first day. Internet was poor did not work a lot of the time needed it to keep in touch with family and friends had to go out to get it sad

I will chose another hotel next time

The only good thing about this hotel was that the room was fairly large an the bed was very comfortable

Not having any staff member able to speak English very frustrating. I could not order a taxi and the staff just walked me to the front of the hotel to wait for taxi. Breakfast was non-eatable, it looked like the eggs were cooked the night before and then put into a microwave in the morning for me.

Very pleasant. I’d definitely stay there again.

Nice big comfortable room.

Very little choice of western food for breakfast. Also, if the hotel’s food was not so expensive we would have eaten in more often.
